I (m, 32, working) look for a quiet, reliable person from 28 years old for a 2nd WG in the beautiful harbour district.
It is best to fit someone who is professionally or privately a lot out of the house and sees the apartment rather than a quiet retreat.

The apartment is located in the 2nd OG, is about 71 m2 large, has a balcony (adjacent to the kitchen), a daylight bath and is fully equipped.
The free room is about 25 m2. Port and city centre railway station are within 10 minutes walking distance.

The room is for rent from 01.07.2025.
Warm rental: 400 € per month (including internet and radio fee)
Deposit: 900 €
Rental takes place by sub-rental contract for initially 6 months.
The photos are old and serve only to display the premises. The room is still differently furnished. The current bed can be taken over if desired against a knock.

I appreciate a relaxed and respectful coexistence – I like to take a drink, too, but I also care that everyone has their free space and can do their own thing.
It is also important to me that there is no constant visit – the apartment should remain a quiet retreat.

Die Wohnung liegt im 2. OG, ist ca. 71 m² groß, hat einen Balkon (angrenzend an die Küche), ein Tageslichtbad und ist vollständig ausgestattet.
Das freie Zimmer ist ca. 25 m² groß. Bahnhof Hafen und Innenstadt sind fußläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar.

Das Zimmer ist ab dem 01.07.2025 unter zu vermieten.
Warmmiete: 400 € pro Monat (inkl. Internet und Rundfunkbeitrag)

Ich schätze ein entspanntes und respektvolles Miteinander – gerne nehme ich auch mal einen Drink zusammen, aber mir ist ebenso wichtig, dass jeder seinen Freiraum hat und sein eigenes Ding machen kann.
Mir ist außerdem wichtig, dass nicht ständig Besuch da ist – die Wohnung soll ein ruhiger Rückzugsort bleiben.
