the room is located in the 1st OG in a multi-family house with 10 apartments. The room is about 13 m2 large, has
a small French balcony.
Currently completely unmobilized, but in the basement there is a bed 120*200 if you need it.
You have a bathroom and a small kitchen for shared use. The apartment is not fully furnished yet, as I have recently moved here.

einen kleinen franzosischen Balkon.
Derzeit komplett unmobiliert, im Keller gibt es aber ein Bett 120*200, wenn mann es braucht.
Du hast noch ein Bad und eine kleine wohnküche zur Mitbenutzung. Die Wohnung ist noch nicht komplett eingerichtet, da ich hier seit kurzem eingezogen bin.
The apartment is located in the lively Eimsbüttel, in a quiet side street on the canal, on foot are many parks, kaffes, restaurants, shopping and sports clubs easily accessible.
Bus Line 4 is a few minutes walk, Linee 25/20 can be reached in about 5/10 min.
