Die Mitbewohner sind super nett, generell sind es 3 Häuser mit fast ausschließlich Studis, was einem ein bisschen ein Wohnheim-Feeling gibt, wo sich jeder um jeden kümmert.

Die Bushaltestelle ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, die Bahn 3 Minuten mit Fahrrad. Die DHBW ist 9 min mit Fahrrad entfernt. Ein Edeka ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit der Bahn dauert es ca 20min. zum Bismarckplatz. Es fahren auch Busse zum Neuenheimer Feld und Schwetzingen.
