The apartment is very good:
In 1 minute you can walk by public transport, about 15 minutes by bike in downtown.
The sports field is only 4 minutes walk, with the university gym, football pitches, tennis courts etc.
You just need to go a few steps, then you're already in the green.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut:
In 1 Minute ist man zu Fuß an den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, in etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad in der Innenstadt.
Zum Sportplatz sind es nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß, mit dem Uni-Gym, Fussballplätzen, Tennisplätzen etc.
Man braucht auch nur ein paar Schritte gehen, dann ist man schon im Grünen.

Internet ist in den sonstigen Kosten mit inbegriffen.
Draußen gibt es auch genügend Fahrradstellplätze oder auch Parkplätze.
In der Nähe gibt es auch eine Paketstation, falls man mal nicht Zuhause sein sollte, ist das auch ganz praktisch :)
