The apartment is located in Burgweinting. That's a little outside of Regensburg. However, you are super fixed by bus lines 7,9,11 at the university, OTH or at the main station (about 15 minutes). With the bike you need between 15 and 30 minutes depending on how fast you drive.

The bus stop is also not a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Right around the corner is also the BUZ, there is an Edeka, a Lidl, a pharmacy, a diner and pizza shop and a private citizen's office.

Near (5 minutes) there is a huge park and a nature reserve. Here you can walk super nicely and spend your time outside. Burgweinting also has its own railway station, 15 minutes' walk away. From the train station you can easily get to Regensburg Central Station or drive directly to Ingolstadt/Passau.

Die Wohnung liegt in Burgweinting. Das ist ein wenig außerhalb von Regensburg. Jedoch ist man super fix mit dem Buslinien 7,9,11 an der Uni, der OTH oder am Hauptbahnhof (ca. 15 Minuten). Mit dem Rad braucht man je nach dem wie schnell man fährt auch so zwischen 15 und 30 Minuten.

Die Bushaltestelle ist auch keine 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung weg. Gleich um die Ecke ist auch das BUZ, da gibt es einen Edeka, einen Lidl, eine Apotheke, einen Döner- und Pizzaladen und ein eigenes Bürgerbüro.

Gleich in der Nähe (5 Minuten) gibt es einen riesigen Park und ein Naturschutzgebiet. Hier kann man super schön spazieren gehen und draußen seine Zeit verbringen. Außerdem hat Burgweinting einen eigenen Bahnhof, der fußläufig 15 Minuten entfernt ist. Vom Bahnhof kommt man mega schnell zum Hauptbahnhof Regensburg oder kann direkt nach Ingolstadt/Passau fahren.

Lena and Sarah live in the WG. Lena studies International Relations & Management at OTH, Sarah makes an education an ergotherapist. We have a very friendly relationship, often sit spontaneously together in the kitchen, cook or chat – at the same time we respect it when someone needs time for himself. Sarah likes to play piano – she has an e-piano in her room that she plays with headphones, so don't worry. Lena often travels in the city and tastes new cafés and likes to take someone with you. It is important to us that it is not a pure purpose WG, but that one also understands humanly well ☺️

In der WG wohnen Lena und Sarah. Lena studiert International Relations & Management an der OTH, Sarah macht eine Ausbildung zur Ergotherapeutin. Wir haben ein sehr freundschaftliches Verhältnis, sitzen oft spontan zusammen in der Küche, kochen oder quatschen – gleichzeitig respektieren wir es auch, wenn jemand Zeit für sich braucht. Sarah spielt gerne Klavier – sie hat ein E-Piano in ihrem Zimmer, das sie mit Kopfhörern spielt, also keine Sorge. Lena ist oft in der Stadt unterwegs und probiert neue Cafés aus und nimmt dabei gerne jemanden mit. Uns ist wichtig, dass es keine reine Zweck-WG ist, sondern dass man sich auch menschlich gut versteht ☺️
