From autumn 2025 we want to rent a room with 18sqm from our 2.5-room apartment to a single woman without a pet, because we are often on the go and the apartment is not used or too seldom and would be empty.
The apartment is furnished and has a kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and small balcony, a bathroom with tub and washing machine and a separate toilet. The chamber (1/2 rooms) would be excluded from the common use.
The room to be rented is partly furnished with a wardrobe, a dresser and night box as well as two baskets (if desired). It is very bright, oriented towards SW and has an external roller shutter.
The apartment is located in the 4th floor without elevator.
Storage facilities in the basement/house are unfortunately not available.
The house also includes a quiet and green courtyard.
The price includes water, heating and electricity and Wi-Fi. A deposit of 3 monthly rents is self-evident.
Wir wollen ab Herbst 2025 ein Zimmer mit 18qm von unserer 2,5-Zimmer-Wohnung an eine alleinstehende Frau ohne Haustier untervermieten, da wir häufig unterwegs sind und die Wohnung sonst nicht oder zu selten genutzt wird und leer stehen würde.
Die Wohnung ist eingerichtet und verfügt über eine Wohnküche mit Kühl-/Gefrierkombination, Spülmaschine und kleinem Balkon, einem Bad mit Wanne und Waschmaschine sowie eine separate Toilette. Die Kammer (1/2 Zimmer) würden wir von der gemeinsamen Nutzung ausnehmen.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist mit einem Kleiderschrank, einer Kommode und Nachtkästchen sowie zwei Korbsesseln (wenn gewünscht) teilmöbliert. Es ist sehr hell, nach SW ausgerichtet und hat einen außenliegenden Rollladen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. OG ohne Aufzug.
Abstellmöglichkeiten im Keller/Haus sind leider nicht vorhanden.
Zum Haus gehört auch noch ein ruhiger und grüner Innenhof.
Im Preis inbegriffen sind Wasser, Heizung und Strom sowie WLAN. Eine Kaution von 3 Monatsmieten versteht sich von selbst.
There are stops for various bus lines in 3 minutes walk. The nearest railway station is about 10 minutes walk.
Food discounter Aldi and Penny are just a few minutes' walk away, organic shops a little further.
Restaurants and beer gardens are within minutes. Drink markets and the like are also not far away.
The Westpark is about 5 minutes' walk - to Theresienwiese about 15 minutes' walk.
There are bicycle storage facilities in the courtyard.
In 3 Minuten Fußweg sind Haltestellen für diverse Buslinien vorhanden. Die nächste S- und U-Bahnstation ist ca. 10 Minten Fußweg entfernt.
Lebensmitteldiscounter Aldi und Penny sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, Bio-Laden etwas weiter.
Restaurants und Biergärten sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Getränkemärkte u.ä. sind ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt.
Bis zum Westpark sind es ca. 5 Gehminuten - zur Theresienwiese ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg.
Im Innenhof gibt es Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder.
We are 'older' vintages and both professionally and in our leisure time much on the go and therefore always only short and little in the apartment. This is why we are not interested in a temporary, but only longer-term rental and look forward to a nice, trusted and reliable woman who keeps your room and the apartment in order :-) and, if possible, can also take over the occasional 'Kehrwoche' (Putzen of the upper staircase section).
Wir sind 'älteren' Jahrgangs und sowohl beruflich als auch in unserer Freizeit viel unterwegs und deshalb immer nur kurz und wenig in der Wohnung. Deshalb sind wir nicht an einer vorübergehenden, sondern nur längerfristigen Untervermietung interessiert und freuen uns auf eine nette, vertrauenswürdige und zuverlässige Frau, die Ihr Zimmer und die Wohnung in Ordnung hält :-) und nach Möglichkeit auch die gelegentliche 'Kehrwoche' (Putzen des oberen Treppenhausabschnittes) übernehmen kann.

For this it is far too central and too bright and friendly - we would like to have someone who can appreciate it and enjoy it.
Wir wollen ab September 2025 ein Zimmer mit 18qm von unserer 2,5-Zimmer-Wohnung an eine alleinstehende Frau untervermieten, da wir häufig unterwegs sind und die Wohnung sonst nicht oder zu selten genutzt wird und leer stehen würde. Dafür ist sie viel zu zentral gelegen und zu hell und freundlich - wir hätten gerne jemand, der sie schätzt und genießen kann.
