Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 7er Frauen-Haus-WG ist voll möbliert und die Küche mit allen Elektrogeräten (2X Kühlschrank, Herd, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine) und Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. Es hat Zugang zu einem schönen Balkon. Der Bettkasten enthält einen Lattenrost und kann zu einem Gästebett ausgefahren werden.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen, naturnahen Lage in einem Neubaugebiet. Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist 30 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Die Fahrtzeit zur Uni und in die Innenstadt beträgt mit der Straßenbahn 18 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad 15 Minuten. Ein Park, der größte Biergarten Freiburgs, ein Naturschutzgebiet, ein Badesee und Sportstätten sind zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbar.

The apartment is situated in a very safe, nice, quiet and new development area of town. The apartment was built in 2003 with new facilities and modern standard. A Park, Freiburg's largest beer garden, a swimming lake, sport facilities, a zoo and a natural reserve are within walking distance. The tram station is situated 30 meters from the house. It takes 18 minutes to the University and downtown by tram and 15 minutes by bycicle.

Wenn ihr Interesse an dem Zimmer habt, schreibt uns hier auf wg-gesucht und schickt gerne den Link zu eurem Gesuch mit, wenn ihr eins auf wg-gesucht angelegt habt.
Es spielt keine Rolle, ob ihr studiert oder arbeitet. Es sollte aber eine reine Frauen-WG bleiben.
Wichtig ist uns nur, dass ihr gut in die Gemeinschaft passt, euch mit dem Zimmer und im Wohnumfeld wohl fühlt, die Wohnung sauber haltet.
Bitte schickt einige Informationen zu euch, eurer aktuellen Beschäftigung (Studium oder Arbeit) und ein Foto oder Benutzername bei Insta (wo wir nur kurz reinschauen um einen ersten Eindruck zu bekommen) sind herzliche willkommen aber kein Muss.
