Also ich suche einen WG-Parter/in, da zum 1.11. mein Bruder mit seiner Freundin zusammenzieht. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 80 m² und ist unterteilt in 2 Zimmer, ein Abstellraum, eine geräumige Küche (ist jedoch noch nicht ganz eingerichtet, also kann noch was beigesteuert werden), ein Badezimmer mit Eckbadewanne, ein Gäste-WC und dem Flur. Die Wohnung ist durchgehend gefließt bzw. mit Laminat ausgelegt. Die Miete wird sich auf ca. 330 € belaufen, darin ist enthalten: Kaltmiete + Nebenkosten + Strom + Telefon/Internet
Jetzt kurz was zu meiner Person. Ich bin ein sehr umgänglicher Mensch. Naja ehrlich gesagt weiß ich nicht recht wie ich mich darstellen soll, also einfach anrufen :)
