Zum Ende meines Studiums ziehe ich um und suche daher einen Nachmieter/in für mein gemütliches Zimmer in einer symapthischen 4er WG.
Möbel können bei Bedarf übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage, 7min zu Fuß zur Uni, in die Innenstadt, den Westbahnhof (Regionalzüge) in unmittelbarer Nähe (3min, hört man nicht), einen kleinen Sparladen sowie Supermärkte gleich um die Ecke, das Kassa, den Friedensbergs...
Die WG besteht schon seit Jahren, mit wechselnder Besetzung. Meine Mitbewohner/in sind am Wochenende kaum da, in der Woche wird aber mittags schon mal zusammen gekocht, abends meist zusammen gegessen und bei einem Glas Wein auf dem Balkon ein gemütliches beisammensein gepflegt.8479919
