Hallo!
Wir suchen eine neue(n) Mitbewohner(in) für unsere WG. Das Zimmer liegt zur Südseite und man genießt einen weiten Ausblick über das gesamte Viertel. Desweiteren steht ein großer Balkon sowie ein großes Wohnzimmer zur Verfügung. Zur Haltestelle, von der aus man schnell in die Stadt gelangt, sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Kaufland, Aldi und Rewe sind auch in der Nähe.
Deine beiden neuen Mitbewohnerinnen (Studentin und Azubine) sind super nett und immer offen für lustige Abende in der WG.

Die WG liegt in im Stadtviertel Lobeda Ost, unweit vom Uniklinikum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zahlreich in der näheren Umgebung. Straßenbahnanbindung in die Innenstadt schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.
