ich suche ab 01.10.2011 eine(n)Adäquate(n) Mitbewohner(in) fuer mein Stadthaus in Andratx.Das Stadthaus ist neu renoviert und in einer sehr guten und zentralen Lage in Andratx-Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es auch.Ausstattung:Ceran,Geschirrspueler,Abzugshaube,Klima(jedes Zimmer),Kamin(Wohnzimmer),WLAN,Waschmaschine,Trockner und 2 Baedern(neuwertig) und Dein Zimmer ist zusaetzlich mit einem Flat,Wandschrank und einem Schreibtisch und eigenem WC-Bad(Badewanne und Dusche:-)) ausgestattet,wenn Du ein Schritt auf deinen kleinen Balkon setzt hast Du einen direkten Blick auf die gotische Kirche von Andratx,also im großen und ganzen läßt es sich aushalten;-)weitere Infos auf Anfrage.
Zahlung der Miete und Kaution vor Ort bei Schluesseluebergabe!
