Ich suche für Anfang September einen Nachmieter für meine schöne 34,5 m² 1 1/2 - Zimmer Wohnung in der Makarenkostraße.
Die Küche ist durch eine Wand vom Wohnbereich abgetrennt (Küche kann übernommen werden).Im Bad befindet sich eine Badewanne und Platz für eine Waschmaschine ist auch noch da (Waschmaschine kann übernommen werden)
Die Warmmiete beträgt 243,00 Euro.
Der neue Campus liegt nur etwa 10 Geh- Minuten entfernt und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Da die Wohnung am Randbereich von Schönwalde liegt (Kreuzung Kalr-Liebknecht-Ring, Makarenkostraße), ist das wohnen dort erstaunlich ruhig.
