Ich suche einen Zwischenmieter ab 01.11.2011. Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 m² groß. Die Wohnung ist in der Neustadt. Es ist sehr bequem zum Kaufen: fast 30 Meter weiter von Penny, Netto, Rewe und Rossmann. In 4 Minuten kann man mit Straßenbahn 6 in die innere Stadt (City) fahren. Es benötigt ca. 25 Minute, wenn man in die Uni fährt. Zum Bahnhof ca. 11 Minute und am Flughafen 6 Minute. Zur Zeit sind wir 2 Leute in der Wohnung.
Ich bin Chinese. Ich spreche Chinesisch, Englisch und Deutsch.
