From now on, I rent my furnished guest room back to a commuter who only stops under the week in Freiburg (see also "Other"). My offer is aimed at women who do not have their food point in Freiburg, but are regularly professional in the city and do not want to book a hotel room or the like every time. Rental would also be possible within a limited period, for example to bridge a sample period. The room to rent is furnished with a bed, a small seating area, dresser and wardrobe and offers a cozy retreat. There is direct access to the large balcony overlooking the quiet garden. The beautiful old building apartment is tastefully renovated without having lost its original charm: high ceilings, beautiful wooden floorings or Parquet and terrazzo, original doors etc. The kitchen including kitchen equipment, the bathroom (accessible via a through-room) and the separate toilet are for shared use with me.
Ab sofort vermiete ich mein möbliertes Gästezimmer wieder an eine Pendlerin, die sich nur unter der Woche in Freiburg aufhält (siehe auch unter "Sonstiges"). Mein Angebot richtet sich an Frauen, die ihren Lebensmittelpunkt nicht in Freiburg haben, aber regelmäßig beruflich in der Stadt sind und nicht jedes Mal ein Hotelzimmer o. ä. buchen möchten. Die Vermietung wäre auch befristet möglich, z. B. zur Überbrückung einer Probezeit. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist mit einem Bett, einer kleinen Sitzgelegenheit, Kommode und Garderobe eingerichtet und bietet einen gemütlichen Rückzugsort. Es gibt einen direkten Zugang zum großen Balkon mit Blick in den ruhig gelegenen Garten. Die schöne Altbau-Wohnung ist geschmackvoll renoviert, ohne dabei ihren ursprünglichen Charme eingebüßt zu haben: hohe Decken, schöne Holzdielenböden bzw. Parkett und Terrazzo, originale Türen etc.. Die Küche inkl. Küchenausstattung, das Bad (über ein Durchgangszimmer erreichbar) und das separate WC sind zur gemeinsamen Nutzung mit mir.
The house (beautiful old building around 1900) is quietly located close to the Sternwald, in the beautiful district of Wiehre. The Schlossberg and the Dreisam are also within walking distance. There is a good transport connection to the tram (line 1, stop Brauerei Ganter) or to the regional train (station Wiehre). By bike you need a good 5 minutes to get to downtown. Good shopping and cafes/restaurants are nearby. On Wednesday afternoon there is a very nice, colorful weekly market at the Alte Wiehre-Bahnhof.
Das Haus (schöner Altbau um 1900) ist ruhig in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Sternwald gelegen, im wunderschönen Stadtteil Wiehre. Der Schloßberg und die Dreisam sind ebenfalls fußläufig entfernt. Eine gute Verkehrsanbindung zur Straßenbahn (Linie 1, Haltestelle Brauerei Ganter) oder zum Regionalzug (Bahnhof Wiehre) ist gegeben. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man gute 5 Minuten, um in die Innenstadt zu kommen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Cafés/Restaurants befinden sich im nahen Umkreis. Am Mittwochnachmittag gibt es einen sehr schönen, bunten Wochenmarkt am Alten Wiehre-Bahnhof.
My offer is not a classic WG, I rent (similar to the style of "Airbnb") a room inside my apartment under but with a fixed renter and a fixed monthly rental. I don't lead an intense WG life, but I'm open to spontaneous chattering in the kitchen. In the warm season you can enjoy the evening on the beautiful large balcony. At home, it's rather quiet, I have a girlfriend to visit, but don't celebrate wild parties. I prefer to do yoga, reading or walking in the beautiful, vis á vis-a-vis situated star forest.
Es handelt sich bei meinem Angebot nicht um eine klassische WG, ich vermiete (ähnlich im Stil von "Airbnb") ein Zimmer innerhalb meiner Wohnung unter, jedoch mit fester Mieterin und einer fixen Monatsmiete. Ich führe kein intensives WG-Leben, bin aber offen für spontane Plauderrunden in der Küche. In der warmen Jahreszeit genießt man den Feierabend auf dem wunderschönen großen Balkon. Bei mir zuhause geht es eher ruhig zu, ich hab ab und zu mal eine Freundin zu Besuch, feiere aber keine wilden Parties ;). Lieber mache ich Yoga, lese oder gehe im schönen, vis á vis gelegenen Sternwald spazieren.
I rent to a commuter who regularly has to do a few days in Freiburg during the week and drives home on weekends, family, partner, etc.... I would use the room on weekends, for example for my yoga or the occasional accommodation of friends. For this I keep the room as well as the rest of the apartment clean and make the bed linen available - a guest room just, but with self-catering;).
I would like to understand that I only respond to requests from commuters for which the above conditions fit and the room only needs a few days under the week. I know that it can be frustrating to find a stay in Freiburg and understand that you can still get to an attempt... but the apartment is not optimal "full-time"-WG-suited and not a student-WG.
Ich vermiete an eine Pendlerin, die unter der Woche regelmäßig beruflich ein paar Tage in Freiburg zu tun hat und am Wochenende nach Hause, zur Familie, zum Partner o. ä. fährt... Das Zimmer würde ich am Wochenende ggf. selbst nutzen, z. B. für mein Yoga oder die gelegentliche Unterbringung von Freunden. Dafür halte ich das Zimmer als auch den Rest der Wohnung sauber und stelle die Bettwäsche zur Verfügung - ein Gästezimmer eben, jedoch mit Selbstverpflegung ;).
Ich bitte um Verständnis, dass ich nur Anfragen von Pendlerinnen beantworte, für die die obigen Konditionen passen und die das Zimmer nur ein paar Tage unter der Woche brauchen. Ich weiß, dass es frustrierend sein kann, eine Bleibe in Freiburg zu finden und verstehe, dass man es trotzdem auf einen Versuch ankommen lässt... aber die Wohnung ist nicht optimal "Vollzeit"-WG-geeignet und keine Studenten-WG.
