Helles möbiliertes 16m² großes Zimmer in 3er WG in bester Wohnlage ( Nähe BASF, FH LU, Uni MA, 10/15 Gehmin)

in unserer insg. ca. 104 qm Altbauwohnung wird ein schönes möbliertes Zimmer frei. Der Mietzeitraum kann zeitlich flexibel, d.h. auf nur wenige Monate oder auch zeitlich unlimitiert gewählt werden. Die Mitbewohner sind Studenten und beide sehr nett. Der Hauptmieter Hauke ist Deutscher und arbeitet in der BASF SE.

Das Zimmer ist 16m² groß und wie folgt ausgestattet mit Schreibtisch, Couch, Hochbett, Bürostuhl, 1 großen Kleiderspiegelschrank, 2 Bücherregalen, 1 Fernseher, 1 Tisch, sowie 1 Schuhablage.

Neben einer gemütlichen Küche mit Balkon gibt es noch ein Bad mit Fenster und einen geräumigen Flur.
Die Küche ist mit Geschirr, Gläsern, Besteck, einigen Pfannen und Töpfen, Herd, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kühl- und Gefrierschränken als auch Wasserkocher und weiteren Küchengeräten ausgestattet.
Die Waschmaschine in der Küche wartet auf Mitbenutzung. Im Moment gibt es in der Küche noch eine Soundanlage und einen Fernseher für gemeinschaftliche Nutzung. Auch sportlich sind wir mit einer Hantelbank etc. gut ausgestattet.

In der Nähe der Wohnung gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Penny, Netto, Aldi, EDEKA, Plus, DM).
Man ist schnell in der Ludwigshafener City (ca. 10 min.) zu Fuß und nach Mannheim in die Quadrate oder zur Uni Mannheim kommt man in der selben Zeit mit dem Fahrrad oder der Straßenbahn (nur 3 Stationen bis zur Universität Mannheim), da die Haltestelle (Rottstr. Linie 10) nur ca. 100m bzw. ca. 400m (Wittelsbachplatz Linie 6) entfernt ist. Zum Bahnhof Lu Mitte sind es ca. 8 min. zu Fuß, bzw. 2 Strassenbahnhaltestellen.
Zur BASF sind es mit dem Fahrrad/ Straßenbahn ca. 15 Min., zur FH Ludwigshafen benötigt man mit dem Fahrrad die gleiche Zeit.
Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit ein Fahrrad im Keller des Hauses abzustellen.
In dem angegebenen Mietpreis sind sämtliche Kosten enthalten (schnelle Internetflat, Telefonmitbenutzuung und Telefonflat, Kabelanschluss etc.)
Es gibt Anwohnerparkplätze (hier kann man auch mit Parkscheibe 2 Std. parken) direkt vor dem Haus.

Hello,
in our 104 square apartment a beautiful furnished room will be available starting from November 1st 2020. The renting period can be selected fully flexible, i.e. temporally only few months or also for an unlimited period of time.
The co-inhabitants are very nice and both are studying. The contract-owner is a former student working for the BASF SE right now.

The 16m² tall room is equipped as follows: with desk,couch, high bed, office chair, 1 big mirrow-closets, 2 book shelfs, television, table and a shoe-board.

Beside a cosy kitchen with balcony there is a bathroom with window and a roomy corridor. If intereseted you can also use our dumb-bell, weights for personal training.
The kitchen is equipped with table-ware, cutlery, pans and pots, stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, water digesters and further kitchen devices.
The washing machine in the kitchen waits for sharing. In the kitchen there is also a sound system and a television for joint use.
Near the apartment there are plenty of different super markets (penny, net, Aldi, EDEKA, plus). From the apartment to the city center of Ludwigshafen it is approx. 10 min. by foot and to Mannheim into the squares/ city center or to the university it takes about the same time by bicycle or tram.
There are 2 tram connections to two different lines only approx. 100m (Rottstr. Line 10) and approx. 400m (Wittelsbachplatz line 6) away from the apartment.
To the train station near the Ludwigshafen city center it is approx. 8 min. by foot, and/ or 2 tram stops.
To the BASF it is only about 15 min. by bike/ tram, to the University of Applied Science Ludwigshafen its also about 15 minutes by bike.
There is also the possibility to put a bicycle in the basement of the house.
In the rent price all costs like internet flatrate fee, usage of the telephone and flatrate for landline connections, cable connection etc. are included.
There are adjacent resident parking lots directly in front of the house.
