Hallo zusammen,
ich vermiete kurzfristig mein Schlafzimmer (15 qm) für weitere 2-3 Monate, da meine bisherige Mitbewohnerin aus beruflichen Gründen vorzeitig ausziehen muss. Du hast einen Teil vom Schrank sowie das Bett (1,40m) für dich.
Die Wohnung ist klein, aber fein und praktisch. Sie hat insgesamt zwei Zimmer, Küche (= hier wird auch geraucht!), Tageslicht-Bad, liegt ruhig und doch superzentral (S1, 2, 25, Ringbahn, U7, div. Busse, Bahnhof Südkreuz).
Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden: WLAN, Waschmaschine, Badewanne, Aufzug, Supermärkte, Spätkauf, Cafe, Restaurants, Parks etc. in unmittelbarer Nähe. 20 Minuten zum Schlachtensee!
Die ganze Wohnung ist Richtung West und hat sehr große Fenster, so dass es immer super hell ist.
Zum Haus gehört ein schöner Garten, sowie nette, hilfsbereite Nachbarn.
