Es handelt sich hier um ein schönes 20m2 großes Zimmer in der Nauklerstraße, nahe bei der Uni in ruhiger Lage.
Das Zimmer kostet 420 Euro warm inklusive Nebenkosten, bei Bedarf kann ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz dazu gemietet werden, der allerdings zusätzlich bezahlt werden muss.
Miteingeschlossen sind die Mitbenutzung des Bads, der Küche,einer kleinen Abstellkammer, der Waschmaschine und des Kellers.
Ich suche einen Mitbewohner oder eine Mitbewohnerin zum 1.3.2012. Ich selbst bin eine unkomplizierte und lebensfrohe Person,27, Studienreferendarin, die allerdings noch bis Mai in den Prüfungsvorbereitungen stecken wird, sodass große Partys bis dahin ausfallen müssen.
Allerdings freue ich mich über gelegentliche gemeinsame Abendessen und Unternehmungen, falls Interesse besteht, denn ich finde es schön, wenn man nicht nur nebeneinander her lebt!
