In our international, quietly located, super central shared flat, our most beautiful room is available from July!
The room in our fully equipped shared flat is perfect for “Berlin newcomers” and easy to rent.
In addition to your own cozy balcony out to the "backyard" your room also has its own closet (a kind of “walk-in closet”). Despite the great location directly on Schönhauser Allee, it is unexpectedly quiet and bright in your future room and in the shared flat due to the orientation “out the back” to the open courtyard.
The room is rented exclusively to a single person, not to couples or friends. The minimum rental period is usually six months. But if you only want to rent for August, feel free to start a request ;)
The 4-person shared flat is very conveniently located in the middle of Prenzlauer Berg: it is only two minutes to the S-Bahn, U-Bahn, streetcar and night bus. Of course it is possible to register at this address in Berlin.
A good W-Lan is available and of course included as well as the equipment of the kitchen and all other costs such as energy and broadcasting fee. Even bed linen is provided if you wish.

In unserer international ausgereichteten, ruhig gelegenen, super zentralen , WG ist ab dem Sommer unser schönstes Zimmer wieder frei!
Das Zimmer unserer voll ausgestatteten WG ist perfekt für "Berlin-Neulinge" und unkompliziert anzumieten.
Dein Zimmer bietet außer dem gemütlichen eigenen kleinen Balkon auch noch eine eigene Kammer (eine Art "begehbarer Kleiderschrank"). Trotz der super Lage direkt an der Schönhauser Allee ist es in deinem künftigen Zimmer und in der WG durch die Ausrichtung "nach hinten raus" zum offen Hof unerwartet ruhig und hell.
Das Zimmer wird ausschließlich an eine Einzelperson vermietet, nicht an Pärchen oder Freunde. Die Mindestmiedauer beträgt üblicherweise sechs Monate. Möchtest du das Zimmer aber nur für den August mieten, darfst du gerne anfragen!
Die 4er WG liegt super verkehrsgünstig mitten im Prenzlauer Berg: es sind nur zwei Minuten zur S-Bahn, zur U-Bahn, zur Tram und zum Nachtbus. Selbstverständlich ist es möglich dich unter dieser Adresse in Berlin anzumelden.
Ein gutes W-Lan ist vorhanden und natürlich ebenso inbegriffen wie die Austattung der Küche und alle weiteren Kosten wie Energie und Rundfunkgebühr. Sogar Bettwäsche ist vorhanden, wenn du das wünschst.
