Da mein Freund und ich uns trennen. Suche ich Dringend eine 1 bis 2 Zimmer Wohnung in düren. Sie sollte nicht größer sein als max 50 m². Preislich sollte sie nicht teurer als 260-280 warm sein ohne Heizung. Im Erdgeschoss oder max 1 Etage oder mit Aufzug. Da ich 2 Katzen habe muss Tierhaltung erlaubt sein.
