16 m² Zimmer im Wohnheim bzw. Verbindungshaus der AV Kristall frei!
Das Zimmer ist komplett unmöbliert. Auf dem Boden ist Laminat verlegt. Ausserdem befindet sich ein eigenes Waschbecken in jedem Zimmer. Wand wird vor Einzug weiß gestrichen.
Die Fensterfront des Zimmers zeigt in Richtung Osten und ist recht groß, daher ist es schön hell.
Das Haus der AV Kristall befindet sich in der Mühlenstraße, südwestlich des Stadtkerns, in Clausthal. Im Umkreis von 5 Minuten Laufweg gibt es Supermarkt, Baumarkt und vor allem das Uni Hauptgebäude.
Direkt vor dem Haus befinden sich vier Parkplätze. Falls die mal belegt sein sollten gibt es weitere Parkplätze an der Straße.
Die Bewohner des Hauses sind ein bunt zusammengewürfelter Haufen. Es wird regelmäßig zusammen gekocht, fernseh geschaut etc. Ist aber natürlich keine Pflicht.
Auf dem Haus befinden sich 1 Bad, 2 seperate Toiletten und eine seperate Dusche. Ausserdem eine Waschmaschine und Trocker, einen Billardtisch, zwei Theken und einen Beamer. All das darf mitbenutzt werden. Ausserdem sind Internet und Telefon in der Miete enthalten.
