Hallo,
da mein alter Mitbewohner auszieht, suche ich einen neuen Nachmieter für sein Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist ca. 17 m² groß und liegt im dritten Stock. Küche, Bad mit Toilette, Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank sind vorhanden. Im Preis inbegriffen sind alle Kosten (Strom, Gas, Internet). Das Zimmer ist ab 01.03. bezugsfähig.
Es gibt noch ein weiteres Zimmer (ca. 12 m²), was nach Absprache von beiden genutzt werden kann (z.B. Abstellraum oder gemeinsames Wohnzimmer). Eventuell würde ich das Zimmer auch mit vermieten, über die Mehrkosten müssten wir dann nochmal Rücksprache halten.
Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage, in 3 min Fußweg sind Supermärkte (Edeka, Netto, Dm) und die Straßenbahn Linie 8 zu erreichen. Auch die Innenstadt ist in 20 min erreichbar. Außerdem befindet sich die Wohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Wöhrder See und zur Georg-Simon-Ohm-Hochschule.
Ich (Student, 23 Jahre) suche einen netten Mitbewohner. Es sollte möglichst keine reine Zweck-WG werden, da ich ein geselliger Mensch bin und gerne mal zusammen koche oder abends weggehe.
