Es ist das Zimmer auf dem Hausansichts-Foto im 1. OG rechts (Balkon). Das Zimmer ist nicht das wie auf der Studentenwerksseite (rosa gestrichen). Du müsstest das Zimmer allerdings selber streichen bei Ein- oder Auszug. Derzeit ist es weiß und bedarf einer Erneuerung des Anstrichs (wenn man es strahlend weiß haben will z.B.). Der Balkon ist nach Süden ausgerichtet. Ich möchte das Zimmer zum 01.05.2013 abgeben. Ablöse beträgt ca. 50 Euro.

Wichtig: Für ein eigenes Mietverhältnis mit dem Studentenwerk als Vermieter musst Du Student(in) sein. Ansonsten käme nur ein befristetes Untermietverhältnis in Betracht. Für Fragen: Bitte einfach Fragen mailen.
5 Gehminuten bis Stadtzentrum / Universitäten. Gute, ruhige Lage mit viel grün aussenrum (Beginn Ziegenhainer Tal), sehr gepflegte Wohnlage.
