Ich suche einen Nachmieter ab dem 1. April 2012 für meine sehr schöne teilmöblierte 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Sendlinger Str. 18 (in der Münchner Altstadt), über dem Timbaland Geschäft.
Zur Einrichtung gehören:
- Küche mit Herd, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank mit kleinem Gefrierfach
- 1 Klappbett mit Matratze
- 1 grosser Einbauschrank (für Bekleidung und Sonstiges)
- 1 Esstisch
- 2 Holzstühle
- 1 Sessel
- Bad mit Badewanne
Im Keller stehen eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner (beide zur Mitbenutzung) zur Verfügung. Dort ist auch ein kleiner Abstellkammer. Im Hof kann man sein Fahrrad abstellen.
Direkt in der Altstadt, in einer der Haupteinkaufsstraßen. Fußweg zum:
- Marienplatz = 5 Minuten
- Sendlinger Tor = 5 Minuten
- Stachus/Karlsplatz = 10 Minuten
Exzellente gute Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln:
