Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 2er WG im 1. OG. Es ist ausgestattet mit einer großen Fensterfront (mit eigenem Balkonzugang) sowie einem weiteren großen Fenster. Momentan ist ein heller Teppichboden verlegt, Möbel können gerne gegen einen Aufpreis teilweise übernommen werden. Gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden Küche (inklusive EBK), Bad, Flur, Balkon und Kellerraum.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Studentenwohngebiet, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Stadtzentrum ist mit dem Rad in ca. 10 min zu erreichen, sowie das Unigelände ebenfalls.
Das zweite WG Zimmer bewohnt derzeit eine 21jährige Studentin.
