da ich eine weile in indien bin, wird mein zimmer frei: von anfang juli bis anfang januar* dürft ihr einziehen :-)
es ist teil einer sehr schönen & netten wg, die sich leider gerade auflöst, was sehr schade ist und schön, weil etwas neues entstehen kann :D --> das heißt auch für euch: falls ihr noch zwei leute kennt, die (AB AUGUST) ein zimmer suchen - nur her damit! :-)
es handelt sich übrigens um einen charmanten altbau, der ganz gut in schuss ist. genial ist die dachterasse von der man über mannheim blicken kann. lage könnte nicht besser sein: zum nationaltheater und luisenpark: 30 sek
,zum wassertumr: 5 minuten, bahnhof und in die innenstadt: 10 minuten und beste pizza: 3 minuten
könnt ja mal vorbeischauen und wir gucken bei nem bier ob's passt.
* flexibel. falls ihr etwas länger/kürzer sucht finden wir sicher ne lösung, also kein falsche scheu :)
