Hallo ihr Lieben,
ich habe ab dem 1.09 ein Zimmer in einer 2er WG frei. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Schillerplatz, also 5 min. bis zum Hbf und ca. 10 min. bis zur Uni(mit dem Bus) und die Bushaltestelle ist praktisch direkt vor meiner Haustür.
Das Zimmer hat ca. 16,5 qm und ist relativ hell durch eine schöne Fensterfront zum Schillerplatz hin. 400€ kostet das ganze warm mit allen Nebenkosten wie Strom etc.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 2 Zimmer, Küche, Diele (mit kleinem Abstellraum), Bad und ein separates WC. Für eine eingerichtete Küche mit Spülmaschine :-) und eine Waschmaschine ist gesorgt. Es gibt hier leider keine Keller Nutzung, dh. man kann nur mitnehmen was auch in die Wohnung passt... ist aber machbar. :-) Ach und Haustiere sind leider von den Vermietern nicht erwünscht.
Nun zu mir, mein Name ist Hannah, ich bin sehr gesellig und offen. Ich gehe gerne aus und komme ab und zu auch mal spät nachhause, aber ich kann dann auch ganz leise sein :-)
Beruflich bin ich öfters mal unterwegs, was dementsprechend sturmfrei heißt.
