In unserer Wg werden 2 Zimmer frei.Ab dem 1.10.12 und ab dem 1.11.12. Unsere WG hat eine Traumlage für Studenten, da sie 2 Gehminuten vom Unicampus entfernt ist.Sowohl die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie auch die Anbindung an HBF und Innenstadt sind ideal!
Die Wg ist 95 qm groß und hat neben den drei Zimmern ein großes Wohnzimmer,eine geräumige Küche,2 Tageslichtbäder und einen Balkon mit Südausrichtung.Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und mit Laminat ausgelegt.Parkplätze sind direkt am Haus und auch Fahrradabstellplätze sind reichlich vorhanden.
Das kleinere Zimmer 10 qm kostet inklusive Allem 395€, das größere 16 qm 440€. Sie sind es wert!!!
