The flat is equipped with individual gas heating incl. hot water supply (efficient gas boiler).

Apartment has pitched roof; ceiling reduced to approx. 2,90 m (saving of heating costs);
Laminate floor + wooden ceiling in all rooms except kitchen/bathroom (tiled).

Wir legen Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung in der WG, Haus und Hof. Die Hausordnung, insbesondere die Mülltrennung werden eingehalten.
