Hallo Wohnungssuchende =)
Ich habe ab 1.10. ein schönes Zimmer zu vermieten! Die Miete beträgt 280€ warm, mit einer Internetflatrate drin. Das Zimmer ist 16qm groß und es gibt noch ein Arbeitszimmer, welches wir uns teilen können. Da ist noch genug Platz für deinen Schreibtisch, falls du einen brauchst. Zur Wohnung gehört noch mein Zimmer, ein Balkon, die Küche mit Waschmaschine und ein süßes, kleines Bad. Einen Kellerraum und Fahrradkeller gibts auch noch dazu.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Gartenstadt Vahr und ist sehr gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Die 1,25 und 21 fahren in der Nähe. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (REWE, Aldi) gibts in 300m Entfernung.Zur Uni braucht man mit dem Bus 15 min und Fahrrad ca. 20 min
Ich selbst studiere Grundschullehramt nun im 3. Semester und würde mich über gelegentlich Kochabend oder ähnliches freuen. Ich freu mich auf deine Nachricht, ein paar Infos über dich wären super!
