Wir sind drei Menschen aus Berlin und wohnen im lebendigen Friedrichshain.
Das Zimmer hat 25m² mit einem selbstgebauten Holzbett samt fabulösem öko Futon (160cm) - vielen Pflanzen, einem herrlichen französischen Balkon und tollem quadratischen Parkett.

YAY IT'S A GREY WINTER IN BERLIN!
Come enjoy this beautiful room in a spacious house of three. I'll be gone for 4 weeks in january.
Beautiful huge room with an eco futon bed (160 cm wide), lots of plants, a french balcony and amazing wooden floor boards for the extra feels. Best location, close to everything, goodvibes in the hood included.
Alles, was das Herz begehrt ist hier gleich ums Eck. Spätis, alle möglichen Supermärkte, die BioCompany, Asiashops, Kneipen, Bars, und kleine Handwerksläden.
Samstags ist auf dem 7 Gehminuten entfernten Boxhagener Platz ein schöner Lebensmittelmarkt, jeden Sonntags tobt dort ein bunter Trödelmarkt.
Es ist nicht weit rüber nach Kreuzberg oder auch auf den Prenzlauer Berg oder ins Stadtzentrum zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Rad, Bahn, Fuß - der Kiez ist voll Berliner Charme.
Unsere Küche ist schön, groß & geräumig, es wird gerne gekocht und im extra gemütlichen Wohnzimmer kann man spielen, palawern oder einfach nur rumlungern. Das Bad hat nur wenige der knapp 150 Quadratmeter abbekommen, aber es reicht vollends, für alles, was man so braucht.
Wir sind befreundet und machen gerne etwas zusammen, aber jeder hat auch sein eigenes Leben und alle arbeiten gerade relativ viel.
WLAN gibt's natürlich auch. Genauso wie frische Bettwäsche, Fön, Handtücher usw.
Der Mietpreis ist für eine Person für den Zeitraum.
