Hello
I'm a English-speaking PhD student from China and want to rent a 1 zimmer appartment(20 m^2 area is enough) with private kitchen,toilet and bathroom, I hope it's easy to get access to RUB, be quiet and has a good internet condition. The total rent fee per month is under 300 euros since I'll rent it for a long time (2 or 3 years if possible).
