Dazu zählen eine moderne als auch gemütliche Wohnküche mit Spülmaschine, ein saniertes Tageslichtbad mit Wanne, Dusche und Waschmaschine sowie ein Gäste-WC mit Garderobe. Die Räume sind ordentlich, sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Im Preis ist alles inklusive (Gas, Strom, Internet und eine Möblierungspauschale). Der Mietzeitraum kann ggf. nach Bedarf angepasst werden. Eine Reinigungskraft kann für zusätzliche Kosten im 2-Wochen-Turnus bestellt werden.
Nice room to let (21 qm). The bright and furnished apartment has a total of 112 square meters. It is on the third floor of an old building from 1904. The house got renovated in 2009. High ceilings, huge windows and a wooden floor make it look very charming. Shared rooms are the furnished kitchen and the two bathrooms. One of them includes a wardrobe, the other provides a shower, a bathtub and a washing machine. Altogether, I offer about 60 qm. There is an option to eventually adjust/prolong the contract according to your needs.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße von der Bonner Straße. Zum Chlodwigplatz sind es zu Fuß 2-3 Minuten. Taxen, Busse und Supermärkte sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Die Nähe zum Volksgarten und zum Rhein sowie eine große Anzahl von schönen Cafés, Bars und Restaurants machen das Leben in der Südstadt quasi zum Urlaub.
Location: The apartment is only 3 minutes away from the Chlodwigplatz with busses and a tram station. It is close to a park (Volksgarten) and close the Rhine river. We have a huge amount of nice cafés and restaurants in this part of town as well as supermarkets and little shops.
Meine Freunde halten mich für humorvoll, ordentlich und hilfsbereit. Am WG-Leben mag ich den gesunden Austausch über Alltägliches und Außergewöhnliches, ziehe mich aber abends oft einfach zurück. Ich koche sehr selten. Ich arbeite u.a. für eine TV-Produktionsfirma, mal im Home-Office, mal beim Auftraggeber. Freue mich darauf, dich (berufstätig, aufgeschlossen, unkompliziert) kennenzulernen. Ein Einkommensnachweis ist erwünscht.
Ach so: Es handelt sich nicht um eine Party-WG. Alles ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und eher ruhig. Seit einigen Jahren vermiete ich das Zimmer immer mal wieder und habe dadurch reichlich WG-Erfahrung.
