The apartment has 2 single-bed and a 2-bedded room .This is divided in the middle, so each resident has half a room, which is just as furnished as the two single-bed rooms. There is a kitchen, a lounge, a bathroom and a hallway. The lounge has 4 chairs, 1 table, 1 two-seater sofa bed, 1 leather chair, cabinets, comma and a TV. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, glasses, brisks and pots and also fully furnished. The bathroom is fully tiled, with shower and tub and there is a washing machine, which is mainly reserved for residents who live here all week. All rooms are equipped with bed, desk, work chair, chair and wardrobe .The apartment is quiet, so well suited for study. In summer the seat can be used in the yard. From the apartment you have a very good view over the surroundings.
Students of the Dual College and employees of Amazon have a very good bus connection to their study or Place of work.
Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Einbett- und ein 2-Bettzimmer .Dieses ist in der Mitte geteilt, so dass jeder Bewohner über ein halbes Zimmer verfügt , das genauso eingerichtet ist wie die beiden Ein-Bett-Zimmer. Als Gemeinschaftsräume sind eine Küche, ein Aufenthaltsraum, ein Bad und Diele mit Vorraum vorhanden. Der Aufenthaltsraum verfügt über 4 Stühle, 1 Tisch, 1 Zweisitzerledercouch, 1 Ledersessel, Schränke, Kommoden und einen Fernseher. Die Küche ist mit Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Geschirr, Gläsern, Bestecken und Töpfen ausgestattet und ebenfalls voll möbliert. Das Bad ist voll gefliest, mit Dusche und Wanne und es gibt eine Waschmaschine, die vor allem den Bewohnern, die die volle Woche durchgehend hier wohnen, vorbehalten ist. Alle Zimmer sind mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Arbeitssessel, Stuhl und Kleiderschrank ausgestattet .Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, dadurch gut zum Studium geeignet. Im Sommer kann der Sitzplatz im Hof genutzt werden. Von der Wohnung aus hat man eine sehr gute Aussicht über die Umgebung.
Studenten der Dualen Hochschule und Beschäftigte von Amazon haben eine sehr gute Busverbindung zu ihrem Studien- bzw. Arbeitsort.
The apartment is located in the north of Geras, it has a good transport connection to the Duale Hochschule Gera - Eisenach (5 minutes by bus), but also to the school for medical and medical professions and to the Grundig Academy in Gera as well as to Amazon.
It is not far to the A4 motorway and the Hermsdorfer Kreuz, and Langenberg is also located on B2 and B7. There is also a railway station in the village with connection to Leipzig and via the main station in direction Jena, Saalfeld and other cities.
Also for students from Jena the connection is good and fast, so it is a good option for them to live here. You can take the bus directly to the main railway station and from there by train to Jena. Trains turn hourly.
Die Wohnung liegt im Norden Geras, sie hat eine gute Verkehrsanbindung an die Duale Hochschule Gera - Eisenach (5Min. mit dem Bus), aber auch zur Schule für Heil- und medizinische Hilfsberufe und zur Grundig-Akademie in Gera ebenso wie zu Amazon.
Es ist nicht weit bis zur Autobahn A4 und zum Hermsdorfer Kreuz, außerdem liegt Langenberg an der B2 und B7. Es gibt auch einen Bahnhof im Ort mit Verbindung Richtung Leipzig und über den Hauptbahnhof in Richtung Jena, Saalfeld u.a. Städte.
Auch für Studenten aus Jena ist die Verbindung gut und schnell, so dass es für sie eine gute Option ist, hier zu wohnen. Man kann mit dem Bus direkt bis zum Hauptbahnhof fahren und von dort mit dem Zug nach Jena. Züge verkehren stündlich.

Aber auch Werktätige, z.B. von Amazon (sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung) sind gern gesehen. Im Aufenthaltsraum können sich die Bewohner treffen und ein Gemeinschaftsleben pflegen. Im Sommer kann der Sitzplatz im Hof genutzt werden. Hier kann auch geraucht werden.
The specified rent refers to each room including the use of kitchen, lounge, bathroom and anteroom. Every tenant who lives here all week has to pay them in full.
The rental price always includes all additional costs, heating and hot water costs, as well as electricity costs.
Each tenant has to keep his room clean and is responsible for the cleanliness of the common rooms in exchange with the other roommates.

Bei Beendigung der Mietzeit ist eine gründliche Endreinigung erforderlich. Sollte diese nicht selbst von den Mietern durchgeführt werden, ist vom jeweiligen Mieter ein Betrag von 100€ zu entrichten.
