ich suche zum 01.03.13 einen Nachmieter für mein wunderschön helles WG-Zimmer. Es ist 32 qm groß, hat einen eigenen Balkon (der in den Hinterhof geht und es dadurch sehr ruhig ist) und ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Badewanne, großem Fenster und Platz für eine Waschmaschine.
Das Haus befindet sich in der Pappelstraße und hat 3 Etagen. In der untersten Etage hat die Vermieterin ihren Laden, in der 2ten wirst du dein Zimmer haben, in der gleichen Etage ist auch die Gemeinschaftsküche und dein Badezimmer. Im 3. Geschoss wohnt deine neue Mitbewohnerin, 22 Jahre alt und Politikstudentin an der Uni. Sie hat auch ihr eigenes Bad. Wir haben öfter mal zusammen gekocht, Tatort-Abende gemeinsam verbracht und meine Mitbewohnerin würde sich freuen wenn die Tradition so fortgeführt werden würde. Also keine Zweck-WG.
Kosten tut diese all inklusiv, mit Strom, Gas, Internet und Telefon ca. 420€

the room is 32qm and has it's own balcony and spacious bathroom with a bathtub. The location is perfect, Rewe, Penny, Netto, Rossman and several small grocery stores and cafes are just around the corner.It takes you only 5 min to get into the city and 25 min to get to uni with the tram. Your new flatmate is 22 years old and is studying politics. We love to cook together, watch "Tatort" or just have a nice glass of wine. English speakers are more than welcome. Looking forward to meeting you.
Die Lage ist top! die Straßenbahnlinien 6, 1 und 8 sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Buslinie 26 und 27 sind direkt vor der Haustür (Haltestelle Delmestraße). Direkt nebenan gibt es einen Kiosk, Bäcker, Rewe und Rossmann. Subway, Penny sind ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg, überall verteilt sind nette Bars und kleine Läden. Zur Hochschule Bremen sind es 5 Gehminuten und zur Uni Bremen 20 – 25 Minuten mit der Bahn. Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen der Neustadt!
