Hallo,
Wir suchen eine Nachmieter/in für eines der WG-Zimmer. Es ist ca. 12m² groß und renoviert, aber unmöbliert. Die Miete beträgt 141,00 Euro inklusive(!) aller Nebenkosten (ausgenommen der Kaution). Außerdem ist ein Fernsehanschluss im Zimmer vorhanden.
In 2 Minuten Fußweg ist die Haltestelle "Platanenstraße". Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Rossmann, Rewe oder Kaufland sind nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Außerdem ist das Universitätsklinikum gleich nebenan (auch ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg).In die Stadtmitte braucht man ungefähr 15 Minuten; die Endhaltestelle ist übrigens der Ernst-Abbe-Platz.
Die WG ist vordergründig eine Zweck-WG, aber die Mitbewohner sind gerne für ein kleines Gespräch zu haben ;)
Rauchen im Zimmer ist nicht gewünscht, aber es gibt auf derselben Etage einen Raucherbalkon.
