Schön, dass wir uns kennen lernen! Ich bin Isabel (23) und seit zwei Jahren glückliche Bremerin - nun brauche ich die Wohnung aber ein Semester lang nicht und vermiete mein Zimmer deswegen unter.
Zur Wohnung: Das Zimmer ist 20 qm groß, relativ quadratisch geschnitten und voll möbiliert wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Die Kommode und den Kleiderständer mache ich selbstverständig für euch frei, alles andere wird wohl so bleiben. Außerdem haben wir ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, einen großen Flur und eine Küche mit Esstisch. Das Badezimmer ist in Toilette und Bad unterteilt - praktisch.
Zusammen wohnen würdest du mit einer netten zukünftigen Journalistin, die gerade ein Voluntariat in Bremen macht und auch erst ganz frisch in der Stadt ist.
Die gesamte Wohnung hat 70 qm.
In 5 Gehminuten findet man einen Penny und das Walle-Center, ebenso wie die Straßenbahnlinie 3,2 und 10 und die Buslinien 26,20 und 28.
Mit der 28 ist man in 20 min direkt an der Uni Bremen; Ich selbst bin an der Hochschule und fahre morgens immer mit dem Rad dorthin, was auch in knappen 20 min zu machen ist.
In der Stadt ist man mit der Straßenbahnlinie 3 auch direkt in 10 min, genau wie mit dem Fahrrad.
Nachts kommt man mit der N10 oder der N7 auch noch stündlich ganz gut vom HBF nach Hause...
Der Zeitraum der Vermietung ist relativ flexibel also meldet euch einfach und wir finden auf jeden fall eine Lösung für einen Monat mehr oder weniger...
Dear new flatmate, nice to meet you!
my name is Isabel and i'm planning to rent out my room in a very nice 2-woman-appartment for one semester. The room (20sqm) and the flat (70sqm in total) you can see on the pictures. There is also a nice big kitchen and a living room with a nice sofa! Your future flat mate is a 23 year old potential journalist working for the regional radio station and always open for talks in kitchen over tea or wine in a bar:)
with bike and tram it takes you ten minutes to the city and right in front of the house there is a bus going directly to the university of bremen. the hochschule is approximatly 15 min by bike and tram.
in 5 min walking distance there are several supermarkets.
also i'm am very flexibel if you need the room a month more or less, we'll work something out!
