ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine aktuelle Wohnung. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Zimmer (ca. 22qm), einen kleinen Flur mit Platz für einen Schrank, ein Bad mit Dusche sowie eine kleine räumlich getrennte Küche. Dazu kommt noch ein recht großer und sehr sonniger Balkon mit einem tollen Blick.
In der Miete enthalten ist ein Keller (groß) und ein Garagenstellplatz (50€) enthalten, den man bei nicht Gebrauch problemlos in der Nachbarschaft vermietet kriegt.
Die Wohnung ist für Studenten ideal in Fußnähe zur Universität in Vaihingen gelegen. Ca. 6 Minuten zu Fuß bis Mitten auf den Campus bzw. zur S-Bahn. Nachtbus hält quasi vor der Tür. Auf der Autobahn (A831) ist man in
