Hallihallo,
ich bin 30, mit neuer Festanstellung in Esslingen und suche bis spätestens 1.9. (Einzugsdatum), oder auch ab sofort, eine hübsche, kleine Wohnung zum Verlieben, und dann auch für länger. ich habe an sich nur zwei Wünsche: Dachgeschoss und Balkon. Zimmeranzahl, Küche, Badewanne, usw ist alles zweitrangig. Ach ja: den Balkon brauche ich zum Sonnenbaden - nicht zum Rauchen! Und Haustiere werden da auch nicht rumspringen :) Freue mich auf ein Angebot! Sonnige Grüße!
