Ich gehe ins Ausland und muss leider mein Lieblingszimmer verlassen und dafür suchen wir ab Ende Februar einen Nachfolger.
Das Zimmer hat in etwa 20 qm, Parkettboden, 2 große Fenster und ist sehr hell. Da ich meine Möbel mitnehmen werde, ist das Zimmer unmöbeliert.
Die Wohnung liegt im 6. Bezirk in der Nähe vom Westbahnhof. Das heißt U3, U6 und einige Straßenbahnlinien sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und man kommt schnell überall hin. Die Mariahilferstraße, Restaurants und einige (Spät-)Supermärkte liegen auch gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung hat 100 qm mit Küche, Essbereich, Bad mit Dusche & Badewanne, getrenntem WC und einem kleinen Raum für die Waschmaschine.
Deine Mitbewohner wären Paul (WU) und Houtan (Medizin).
Idealerweise wärst du auch dazu bereit die Wohnung ab Sommer als Hauptmieter zu übernehmen, da unser derzeitiger Hauptmieter Paul vielleicht auch im nächsten halben Jahr ausziehen wird.
