Hallo, ich untermiete fuer eine Woche meine wunderschoene 1-Zi-Wohnung am Hohenzollernplatz. Die U-Bahn liegt direkt vor dem Haustuer. Sie ist komplett ausgestattet und sehr hell. Bei Fragen bitte sich per Email oder Handy anmelden!
Ich bin ganz ruhig und moechte gerne an Studenten die Wohnung bieten.
Lage ist echt toll: die Ubahn liegt direkt vor der Haustuer und dazu sind auch Tram 12, 27 und Buesse in einer Minute zu erreichen. In 6 Minuten ist man am Hauptbahnof, in 12 Minuten mit der tram am Karlsplazt.
Am Hohenzollernplatz ist ein Netto, zwei Apotheken, ein Kartoffelnhaus und noch andere Laden. In 5 Minuten ist eine Post und ein Rewe. Baeckerei direkt an der Tuer sowie ein Thai-Restaurant. Wenn man Joggen einfach will, liegt der Luitpoldpark 7 Minuten von hier
