Ich vermiete mein gemütliches 28m² Zimmer in der Neustadt vom 1.August - 1.September. Bin aber auch für einen kürzeren/anderen Zeitraum offen (solange es sich vereinbaren lässt).
Möbeltechnisch wird es dir an nichts fehlen, außerdem gibt es eine gemütliche Küche mit einem Balkon zum Innenhof mit Kräutergärtchen. Das Zimmer liegt ebenfalls ruhig zum Innenhof, mit morgens viel Sonne und mittags bis abends angenehmer Kühle - was im Sommer unschlagbar ist.
Die Haltestelle Bismarckplatz ist direkt vor der Tür mit Anschluss zu mehreren Bus- und Tramlinien, in 5 min ist man mit der Bahn am Hauptbahnhof. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es einige, Aldi, Lidl, Norma und Bäcker sind direkt um die Ecke.
Meine beiden Mitbewohnerinnen sind total lieb und unkompliziert.
