Das Zimmer ist 12 m² groß und hat eine etwa 3m hohe Decke. Dadurch erscheinen die 12 m² sehr geräumig. Der Ausblick aus dem Fenster ist in Richtung eines grünen Innenparks.
In unserem Innenhof gibt es reichlich Platz für dein Fahrrad.
Von unserer WG aus erreicht man innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten(z.B. Lidl und Norma), Banken sowie Apotheken.
Außerdem ist das Ehinger Tor nur etwa 3 min entfernt. Von dort aus fährt nahezu jede wichtige Busverbindung.
Die Hochschulen und Unis sind mit dem Auto in etwa 15 min zu erreichen.
Wir (Eine Studentin, eine Auszubildende, ein Student)suchen ab dem 1.August einen neuen netten Mitbewohner. Du solltest stubenrein, kommunikativ und zwischen 19 und 28 Jahren alt sein.
