Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende,
wir, Marius (27) und David (25) suchen ab 15. September eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in für unsere 3er WG in der Felix-Auerbach-Straße 4 in Lobeda-West.
Das WG-Zimmer ist ungefähr 9 m² groß, mit Teppich ausgelegt und frisch renoviert. Die Monatsmiete beträgt nur unschlagbare 130 € mit allen inklusiven: Telefon, Internet, Strom, Heizung und Gas.
In unserer Küche ist bereits alles vorhanden und eine Waschmaschine befindet sich im Bad.
Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle "Lobeda-West" befindet sich 5 Fußminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Mit der Straßenbahn kommt man in 25 min. in die Innenstadt.
Kaufland und Netto befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, welche man fußläufig erreichen kann. Eine Sparkassenfilialie und eine Zahnarztpraxis befinden sich gegenüber der Felix-Auerbach-Straße.
Ab und zu sind wir auch für gemeinsames Kochen zu haben, aber ansonsten respektieren wir es auch, wenn man in seinem Zimmer verschwindet und seine Ruhe haben will. Wir sind eher ruhig und keine Party-WG. Es gibt einen Putzplan, wo jeder mindestens einmal im Monat dran ist.
