Das Zimmer ist ca 15m2 groß und wurde neue gestrichen in der Farbe orange. Das Zimmer ist teilweise möbliert. Ist zwar nicht so groß aber dafür ziemlich gemütlich.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Kaldenkirchen Stadtmitte, 5 min von der Wohnung befindet sich Netto sowie 10 min der Bahnhof entfernt ist. Alles kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Eine Disco ist auch direkt 5 min von der Wohnung entfernt. Direkt neben der Wohnung befindet sich eine leckere Pommes Bude.
In der Wg befindet sich eine Studentin, sie studiert in Venlo an der Frontys. Es läuft alles ganz harmonisch ab. Leider wirst du oft alleine sein weil Mitbewohnerin nicht viel zu Hause ist ich hoffe das wäre nicht schlimm. Ansonsten die Nachbarn sind ganz nett und freundlich. Ich hoffe ihr findet gemeinsame Interessen oder sogar studiert ihr auch zusammen.
