OG und hat einen schönen Ausblick. Direkt neben der Wohnanlage befindet sich ein Einkaufszentrum (Penny, Edeka, Restaurants, Frisur, usw).
Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und grün, mit viel Spielplatz.
Tiegarage vorhanden. Nutzung von Wasch/Trock-Maschinen ist gratis im Gemeinschaftskeller.
