Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine Einraumwohnung.
Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss und ist sehr ruhig. Das Bad ist modern mit weißen Fliesen. Dazu gibt es eine Kochnische mit Herdplatte und Kühlschrank.
Der Laminatboden hat eine dunkle Holzoptik.
Dazu gibt es einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Das Treppenhaus wird regelmäßig geputzt und der freundliche und immer hilfsbereite Hausmeister ist auf dem Gang.
Im Keller findet man Waschmaschinen und einen Trockenraum.
Der Preis liegt bei circa 280€ warm mit Stellplatz(ohne Strom und Internet).
Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage zur Uni, welche in 10 min.zu Fuß erreicht werden kann. Darüber hinaus ist die Bushaltestelle nur 3 min entfernt. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Aldi, Bäcker, Fleischerei und Getränkemarkt (4min zu Fuß).
