Hallo liebe WG-Suchenden,
ich habe ab 1. Mai - nach Absprache auch etwas früher (ab Sonntag, 22. April wäre es frei) - ein schönes Zimmer in einer 2er-WG zu vermieten. Es gibt eine heimelige Wohnküche, die Zimmer haben Blick auf das Münster, den Martinsturm sowie den Schlossberg. Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Fußgängerzone Kaiser-Joseph-Straße. Das frei werdende Zimmer wird komplett möbliert mit TV, DVD-Player und Stereoanlage vermietet (siehe Fotos). Die Vermieter suchen jemand Ruhiges, da eine Familie ein Stockwerk unter der Wohnung wohnt. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn ihr mir mailt oder anruft und kurz etwas zu euch erzählt :-). Das Zimmer kann evt. auch länger als bis Ende Juni gemietet werden.
Innenstadt, sehr zentral. Die Tram ist direkt vor der Türe…
Deine Mitbewohnerin heißt Rebecca und ist sehr unkompliziert und sympathisch. Als ich noch in der WG gewohnt habe, habe ich sie fast nie zu Gesicht bekommen, da sie viel arbeitet und außer Haus ist.
