Hallo, Ich werde im kommenden Sommersemester ein Praktikumssemester einlegen und habe daher mein gemütliches Zimmer mit super Blick auf die Saale-Horizontale zur Zwischenmiete an dich zu vergeben. Das Zimmer liegt zentral im gediegenen Damenviertel und ist vom Campus 10 Minuten entfernt. Dein Zimmer ist 15 qm groß, hell und voll möbliert. Die Miete beläuft sich auf 275 Euro im Monat und deine 4 Wände sind ab Mitte März bis Ende Juli zu haben. Sollte ich dein Interesse geweckt haben würde ich mich freuen, wenn du dich bei mir meldest und dir das Zimmer und unsere WG kennen lernst. Internationale students are cordially welcome as well! Hello, I’d like to offer my comfortable room for interim rent over the coming summer term 2014 due to an internship term. Your room is seated centrally in the genuine old quarter called Damenviertel and the campus is just 10 minutes away. You will share the flat with Christian studying teaching post in the 5th term and Yvonne doing her Master in sociology in the first term. Should you like delicious cooking evenings and a pleasant atmosphere within your living area, you will not be disappointed, promised ;-) Your bright room is 15 sqm big and completely furnished. The rent is 275 Euro per month and the room is free from mid March to the End of July 2014. Wie bereits erwähnt beste Lage im wunderschönen Damenviertel. Es ist jeden Tag wirklich ein Vergnügen zur Uni zur laufen, egal bei welcher Jahreszeit. Die Gegend ist top, wer wie ich gerne draußen ist, hat die Saale-Horizontale mit dem Landgrafen direkt um die Ecke. Alles was wichtig ist hier in Jena kann man zu Fuß sehr schnell erreichen. Der Lidl und die nächste Haltestelle (Nordschule) sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt,
Du teilst dir deine Wohnung mit Christian, 5. Semester Lehramt Geschichte und Sozialkunde, und Yvonne, 1. Semester Master in Soziologie mit denen es sehr angenehm und entspannt zusammenzuwohnen ist! Falls du gesellig und umgänglich bist und leckere gemeinsame Kochabende und eine offene und herzliche Wohnatmosphäre schätzt bist du hier genau richtig!:-)
