Hallo,
ab 01.04.14 (aber auch "verhandelbar")suche ich eine(n) Nachmieter(in)für mein WG-Zimmer in Lobeda-Ost, Salvador-Allende-Platz.
Wir wohnen im 7.OG( keine Angst: es gibt einen Fahrstuhl!) eines "10-Geschosers".
Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 13 qm groß und ich will es am liebsten möbliert ( auch verhandelbar) vermieten.
Bad und Küche teilen wir uns.
Vor der Tür gibt es Rewe, ALDI, Rossmann, ect. und die Straßenbahn ist 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt und hält direkt vor der Uni.
Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es auch genug.
Es ist eine 3er WG. 2 hübsche Mädels (Studentinnen)wohnen bereits hier. Die besten Mitbewohner, die man sich wünschen kann!!
Fragen klären wir am besten beim Besichtigungstermin!
