Das Zimmer hat 18 qm, mit Holzdielen, großem Fenster und Balkon. Es geht zum Innnehof raus (Richtung Süden) ist dementsprechend ruhig und sonnig. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock, man bleibt also auch noch fit.
Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der Veddel direkt an der S-Bahn Station, zwei Stationen vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, man ist also schnell überall. Im Viertel gibt es ein paar türkische Geschäfte, Dönerläden und einen Penny Supermarkt. Mischung aus Multi-Kulti und Studentenviertel.
In der WG wohnen noch Marie und Viktoria, beide Anfang zwanzig. Die eine macht gerade ein FSJ, die andere ihr Abitur nach.
Ich ziehe aus der WG aus, da ich mit meiner Freundin zusammen ziehe. Ich bin Hauptmieter, das heißt, Du müsstest den Mietvertrag bei der SAGA übernehmen. Voraussetzung hierfür ist ein eigenes Einkommen oder eine Bürgschaft der Eltern.
